Bertie Fern Wisecup, 69 of Circleville, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Wisecup whom she married on June 20, 1965; three sisters, Shelby Bowers of Washington C.H., Brenda (Richard) Dennis of Sabina and Phyllis (Dale) Gilmore of Washington C.H.; one brother, James Smith of Dublin; numerous nieces and nephews.
