Survived by: 2 Sons: Rick (Sharon) Smith of Hillsboro, Dennis (Mary) Smith of Wilmington; Daughter: Cheryl (Dwaine) Dunaway of Carlisle, Ohio; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
