Emma Lou Wallace, 71, of West Union, Ohio, died Sunday, February 10, 2013 at Adams County Regional Medical Center in Seaman. She was born December 8, 1941 in Grayson, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Harding and Lula Mae (Watson) Wallace.
She s survived by two brothers, Hansel Wallace of Peebles and Johnny (Carol) Wallace Jr. of Sinking Spring; and two sisters, Betty L. (James) Lucas of Manchester and Geneva (Al) Smith of Columbus and several nieces and nephews.
She had attended Purtee Community Church in Meigs Township and was a former volunteer for The Red Cross in Ashland, Kentucky.

Ther will be no services. Ms. Wallace will be cremated.
