Roger L. Snively, 76 of Washington C.H. passed away at Doctor?s
Hospital, Columbus on Thursday afternoon, February 7, 2013.
He was born in Sabina on November 8, 1936 the son of Earl and Marjorie
Alice Flint Snively. He enjoyed wood working, fishing and golfing.
He played in several local bands, and most recently the Central Ohio
Opry and the Colony Classic Country Opry. He retired from Calmar as a
purchasing manager in 1998. He served in the US Navy. A 1955 graduate
of Sabina High School.
His wife Patricia ?Patty? Adams Snively, survives. In addition to his
wife, he is survived by his sons Marty (Kim) Snively, WCH, Brett
Snively, WCH and Brad (Kristi Lynch) Snively, Chillicothe,
grandchildren Tiffani (Chris) McFarland, Meagan, Chelsie, Nathan and
Ashley Snively, Amber (Josh) Finch, Samantha Snively and Olivia
Loquianno and six great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he
was preceded by his brother Richard. The funeral service will be held
on Tuesday at 2PM at the Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina with burial in
the Milledgeville Plymouth Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday from
4 until 8PM at the funeral home. In Roger?s memory contributions may
be made to St. Jude?s or the Kobacker House, of Columbus.
