Bailey Ann Marie Smith, infant from Greenfield, passed away Friday, Dec. 28, 2012 at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe.
She is survived by one sister, Deliah Smith; maternal grandparents, David and Brenda Howe; paternal grandparents, Marty and Jenny Cross; four uncles, Justin Cross, Jamie Dameon and Deion Howe; two aunts, Jessica Howe and Maranda Fields of Greenfield.
Private graveside services to be held at the convenience of the family in Greenfield Cemetery.
