Mary Lois Reese, 91, of Sabina, passed away on Saturday morning, 
December 29, 2012 at the Autumn Years Nursing Center.
Born January 20, 1921 the daughter of Thomas Leroy and Ella Mae Powell 
Spurgeon.
Her husband, Roy Reese preceded her on September 4, 1978.
She had worked at Thompson?s supermarket, Ralph Long?s Dry Goods Store 
and Charlie?s Restaurant as a hostess. A former member of the Wilson 
Homemakers, and the New Vienna Church of Christ.  And now a member of 
Sabina Church of Christ.
She is survived by her children, Carol (Denny) Rankin of Eau Claire, 
Michigan, Mary Lou Reese of Hillsboro and James (Patty) Reese of Sabina.
Also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and one great 
great grandchild.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Martha Sue Reese, 
grandson Mathew Krabbe, and her siblings, Eleanor Spurgeon, Claryce 
Smith, Anna Smith, Esta Sharrott, and Estel Spurgeon.
Her funeral service will be on Wednesday at 12:00 at the Littleton 
Funeral Home, Sabina.
Visitation will be on Wednesday from 10:00 until noon.
Burial will be in the Sabina Cemetery.
