Mattie Louise Pence, 87, of Wilmington, passed away at Autumn Years
Nursing Center, Sabina, on Thursday morning, December 27, 2012.
Born January 30, 1925 in Danville, KY the daughter of Harry and Nanna
Mae Lucas Milburn.
She was preceded in death by her husband Felix B. Pence Sr. in 2007.
They were married July 25, 1942.
She was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church of Ludlow, KY. She
and her husband had made their home in Wilmington for 12 years before
his death.
She is survived by a daughter and son in law, Pat and Ron Whitacre of
Wilmington, a daughter in law Denna Pence of Batavia, six
grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son Felix Pence Jr., a grandchild and
a great grandchild, also siblings, Corrine, Jean, Thomas, Arthur and
infant brothers and sisters.
Funeral service will be on Monday at 1:00 p.m. at the Littleton
Funeral Home, Sabina. Visitation will be also on Monday from 11:00
until 1:00.
Burial will be in the Sugar Grove Cemetery.
