Survivors include: 6 children: Dr. Richard Halley, GA, David Halley, Wilmington, Linda Miller, Waynesville, Michael Halley, Wilmington, John Halley, Morrow, Brad Halley, Powell; 23 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren

Services: 2:00 p.m. Monday, Dec. 10, 2012 at the Wilmington United Methodist Church

Burial: Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington

Visitation: 5-7 p.m. Sunday, at the church
