Jeffrey L. Urban, 58, of Washington C.H, passed away on November 14, 2012 at the Fayette County Memorial Hospital. He was born January 18, 1954 in Phoenix, Arizona to Paul Thomas and Flora Boggs Urban.
Mr. Urban is survived by his mother, Flora Urban, and a brother, Matt Urban.
He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Tom and Danny Urban.
There will be no funeral service or visitation. The Morrow Funeral Home in Washington C.H. is serving the family.
