The Dayton residents were charged for selling crack cocaine.

Three people were arrested after selling crack cocaine to undercover cops. Fayette County Sheriff Vernon Stanforth says the narcotics purchase was arranged after an investigation revealed crack cocaine was being transported into the county. Following the transaction, authorities stopped the suspects' vehicle on East Temple Street and recovered the money used to buy the cocaine.

63-year-old Melody Barrett, 45-year-old Richard Barrett, and 29-year-old Leslie Brown, all of Dayton, were arrested and charged with trafficking in cocaine, a third degree felony.
