Traffic has since been restored to the ramp at US 35 E to SR 753 in Fayette County.

A fuel spill closed the ramp from US 35 East to SR 753 in Fayette County, Monday. After 10am, officials say a semi was found leaking diesel fuel from its fuel tank, so oil dry and sand were used to clean the roadway spill. The Sheriff, Ohio EPA, ODOT, and Washington Court House Fire and Rescue responded and cleared the scene shortly before noon.

Traffic has since been restored.
