Former Deputy Director of Fayette County Community Action Jenny Hollar-Young pleaded guilty to theft and forgery charges.
The former deputy director of Fayette County Community Action has pleaded guilty to charges that she stole money from the agency. Jenny Hollar-Young changed her plea from not guilty to guilty in the Fayette County Common Pleas Court, Monday. In November, Hollar-Young was indicted on a count of theft and five counts of forgery, alleging she stole more than $52,000 from Community Action from June of 2009 through October 2011.
Hollar-Young will be sentenced on March 19th, where she could be sentenced to six months imprisonment and five years of community control.
The 54-year-old is also the former President of the Washington Court House City School Board.
