An East Clinton Guidance Counselor admits to act with juvenile
The Times Gazette in Hillsboro is reporting that a guidance counselor and coach at East Clinton High School, is under investigation for alleged unlawful sexual contact with a juvenile.
50-year-old Ronald L. Garner Jr. of Wilson Road, Leesburg has been placed on paid administrative leave after he admitted to the allegations.
The Time Gazette reports that according to the sheriff's office, Garner became involved with a female he found on Craig's list. The woman came to Garners house and preformed services.
Mr. Garner paid the female and was contacted by her for another meeting stating her sister could come instead.
The sister was a juvenile at that time of the incident in 2009.
Garner is stated to have said in a meeting with school officials that he had to pay-off the girls multiple times to keep them from telling about the incident.
The investigation has been turned over to the Hillsboro City Police Department
