Elections Board Allows Sines on Ballot

The candidacy of Fayette County Sheriff's candidate Leonard Sines was protested last month.

In unanimous vote, the Fayette County Board of Elections decided to allow sheriff's candidate Leonard Sines to remain on the ballot. His candidacy was protested last month as a citizen did not believe Sines met the qualifications to appear on the ballot.
