Hillsboro Police Busy with OVI Drivers

Two incidents that involved drunk drivers, led to other charges as well.

Hillsboro Police are reporting an arrest of an intoxicated driver, who fled authorities- including blowing through two intersection stop signs, which led to several other charges.

38-year-old Randy Wisecup of Hillsboro was finally apprehended and found to be in the possession of brass knuckles and marijuana. He was charged with Fleeing an officer, OVI, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of marijuana, and two violations of of traffic control devices.


In a separate matter, Police also arrested Joshua Snapp for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after a car was reported stolen from a Bigelow Street residence, after Snapp had been an "overnight guest" of the resident. Snapp had been charged with OVI- just prior to the police receiving the report on the stolen vehicle.
