Hollar-Young Indicted for Theft & Forgery

The Fayette County Community Action Commission's director is accused of stealing around $52,000.

The Fayette County Grand Jury has indicted the Community Action Commission's deputy executive director for theft and forgery.

54-year-old Jennifer Hollar-Young was served with a summons on one count of theft and five counts of forgery following an investigation that revealed financial discrepancies, which reported an initial loss of $52,000.

The investigation involves a time frame that spans from June of 2009 through October of 2011.

Hollar-Young, who is also the current Washington CH City Schools Board of Education president, will be arraigned at 1pm on November 21st in the Fayette County Common Pleas Court.
