The Highland County Grand Jury indicted Anthony Whitten for several burglary-related charges.
The Highland County Grand Jury has indicted a Paint Township man on 11 counts. The indictment alleges that 24-year-old Anthony Tyler Whitten is responsible for several burglaries that occurred from June 13th through October 6th in Paint Township.
Whitten has been indicted for receiving stolen property, receiving a stolen firearm, having weapons while under disability, attempted theft of a firearm, three counts of theft, and four counts of burglary.
He has been in custody since October 6th after he was caught with stolen property immediately after a burglary.
