Council to hear about rezoning request
Wilmington City Council will meet tonight at 7:30 p.m. On the agenda is a notice of a public hearing for a rezoning petition of Fifth Third Bank regarding a little over an acre of land on the corner of Rombach Avenue and Oak Street in Wilmington from a local business and family residential to roadside business. The public hearing will be held November 17th at 7:30 p.m. in council chambers.
In other business is second and third readings on an ordinance declaring 415 Columbus Street surplus property. If passed the ordinance will allow the city to sell the property.
