Clinics will be availble in 2012

Beginning January 30th, a partnership between Adena Health System and Wal-Mart will bring two new Urgent Care Clinics to the area - inside the Wal-Mart stores in Chillicothe and Washington Court House.

Steve Keating, Adena’s Director of Business Planning, said the clinics will provide "get-well services," for a number of ailments, including common cold and sore throat, and will offer "stay-well services," such as screenings for pregnancy, cholesterol, TB and STD tests. Vaccinations also will be offered for flu, pneumonia, HPV and hepatitis.

The Urgent Care clinics will be open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday; and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. No appointment is necessary.
