Authorities say nearly 100 plants were found in Fayette County.
The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, the Ohio Attorney General’s Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation, and the Washington C.H. Police Department recently conducted a marijuana eradication where nearly 100 plants were found.
According to Sheriff Vernon Stanforth, the plants seized were in various stages of growth, and effort led to the identity of some of the growers.
Sheriff Stanforth says this will likely result in the filing of criminal charges.
