Hillsboro Police say another was cited in the Tuesday incident.
Authorities charged three people while following up on a report of possible drug activity in a business parking lot, Tuesday. Hillsboro Police say the suspect vehicle was seen leaving the lot at 1:34pm but was stopped.
Officers cited 26-year-old Shaun Davis, of Hillsboro, for driving under suspension, while his passengers were arrested. 34-year-old Joshua Newman, of Lynchburg, was charged with possession of a drug abuse instrument, while 29-year-old Nikki Toller, of Bethel, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police say additional charges are possible pending lab results.
