The alleged incident took place at the Fayette Recycling Center, Sunday.
Authorities arrested a Washington C.H. man following a break-in, Sunday. According to officials with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department, an alarm sounded at the Fayette Recycling Center, on Old Route 35, at 1:35 a.m., Sunday, and deputies found 43-year-old Daron R. Wilson, as well as criminal tools, on the property.
Authorities say Wilson was charged with breaking and entering, theft, and possession of criminal tools.
On Monday, he was arraigned on the charges and ordered to stay incarcerated on a $5,500 bond pending his next court appearance.
