On Monday, two Hillsboro businesses were broken into, while a vehicle was vandalized.
Authorities responded to a rash of crime, Monday. According to Hillsboro Police, the rear door of Dollar General on Harry Sauner Road had been forced open and the phone lines cut; although, nothing was reported missing.
In a separate incident, a Vine Street resident found that his truck window had been busted.
In addition, La Casada, on Roberts Lane, was reportedly broken into on Monday. Police say a window was broken, phone lines cut, and several containers of coins and bills were stolen.
