Authorities believe survivor Jessika Houser was the driver of a vehicle that was involved in the triple fatal crash.

Fayette County Investigators believe a different person was the driver of a fatal crash that took the life of three people and injured four last month. Authorities say the lone survivor of one of the involved vehicles was 16-year-old Jessika Houser, who identified car owner 16-year-old Megan Cave as the driver.

Investigators say Houser was not available for interview during her recovery and sbe refused their subsequent attempts to question her.

A crash review board recently concluded that Cave was not likely the driver and more likely to be the front seat passenger, while evidence points to Houser as the driver.
