Incidents led to arrests in WCH and Hillsboro

Area police are reporting a couple of incidents of disorderly conduct that resulted in arrests Saturday.

Washington CH Police responded to a traffic accident on Potomac Circle shortly after 12 noon, when one of the motorists became disorderly. Police advised Gladys Bailey continued to respond abusively after repeated warnings, and was placed under arrest. When she refused to be handcuffed, she was force ably restrained and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing official business.

In Hillsboro, police responded to a residence where a woman claimed her son was acting strangely and might be high on drugs. Upon arrival, 37-year-old Christopher Magee was located in his bedroom. Police learned that Magee was wanted on an active warrant for failure to appear in court, and was placed under arrest. Magee became combative and had to be subdued by officers. Along with the arrest warrant, Magee was also charged with resisting arrest.
