Authorities say Richard Davis was found with stolen goods, Tuesday.
A Hillsboro man was faces felony charges following a Monday morning burglary. According to Hillsboro Police Chief Nicholas Thompson, authorities were notified of a burglary that occurred at a home on Holland Circle at 5:30am, Monday. The suspect allegedly ran from the scene with items from the garage and shed before police arrived.
Following an investigation, officers say they searched a North West Street home, Tuesday, and found 32-year-old Richard William Davis with much of the stolen goods in his general vicinity.
He was arrested and charged with 2nd-degree burglary and 5th-degree breaking and entering. Additional charges are possible pending review by the county prosecutor.
