Food Safety Urged

Health experts say don't make yourself sick with spoiled food.

Just as when you are cooking meals inside the house, don't forget to practice good food safety practices for outdoor cook-outs and picnics.

Ross County Health Department Sanitarian David Ramby says, depending on what types of food you are eating, keep warm food warm and cold food cold.

Ramby says many of the gastro intestinal illnesses we have, could be associated with spoiled food.
