Meth Operator Sentenced

The man was using his small child to keep him from being caught by law enforcement.

A Greenfield man has been sentenced after he used his 2-year-old child to prevent law enforcement from finding a miniature meth lab in his pocket.

Christopher Jenkins has been found guilty of all charges that include, illegal manufacture of drugs in the vicinity of a juvenile; illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs; assault on a peace officer; and endangering children.

He has been sentenced to 14 years in prison.
