Mike Callahan has lived in Fayette County for over 30 years. He is not sure they would claim him, but he had an undistinguished scholarly life and graduated from Miami Trace School District "a while ago". After being booted out of the county for conduct unbecoming, he went on to work as a Registered Nurse for almost 15 years. If you listen to his tales of saint like behavior, he will tell you that he has housed the homeless, fed the hungry and clothed the naked, all while obtaining his Bachelors Degree and MBA from Franklin University. For now, he has decided to settle down and enjoy his life with his wife and two children.
Jeff Underwood joined us Sunday night to discuss "The Race" which is a fundraiser to support the Fayette County Diabetes Association. If you would like more information on this worthy charity fundraiser, go to http://www.2004therace.com
Tiffany Himmelreich joined us to talk about the "assessment fees" that Governor Strickland is proposing on Ohio Hospitals. This has the potential to do a great deal of damage to Ohio's hospitals and cause job losses. For more information go to:

We also had Brad Smith in studio to talk about the Shrine Fundraiser event coming up this weekend. Nothing is too small to donate to this charity that provides FREE health care to families in need. You can find out more, by going to this website:
