WCHO/WSRW must follow regulations regarding the promotion of drawings, lotteries and games based on chance and/or skill, as defined by Ohio Revised Code. (As all organizations including those organizing the events)

While we are happy to consider assisting you in promoting your event, we are only able to promote legal events such as: (1) raffles (2) drawings (3) games of skill (4) games of chance and (5) bingo; if, and only if, they are organized, operated and funded through an federally exempt organization defined by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c) (3), (4), (7), (8), (10) or (19) not-for profit organization under Internal Revenue Code.

WCHO/WSRW reserves the right to refuse any promotional content received -- and may further proof of a Bingo licensure or 501(c) status.
