The SCOL boys champions Clinton-Massie saw any hopes of making a deep tournament run end early Tuesday night after falling to Valley View 59-39.

C-M (15-7) who started the season late due to the football team state title run was 11-2 at one point this season but have lost 3 of their last 4 games.

Massie fell behind 15-4 in the 1st quarter & never could recover in the contest.

Valley View extended their lead to 30-13 at the half holding the Falcons to single digits in each of the 1st two quarters.

Isaac Dell led the Falcons with 12 points & JD Curtsinger had 10 points.

Massie had only 1 three point goal in the contest.

Valley View was led by Denny with 28 points including three 3s.

Valley View was the sectional #5 seed & Clinton-Massie was 6th seed.

Valley View will now play 4th seed Kettering Alter next Tuesday
