The Lady Lions leading 14-10 after the 1st quarter open up their slim lead with an 18-7 second quarter & went on to capture their 6th straight win.

The Lions (5-3 SCOL/10-6 overall) was led by Carleigh Chaffins with 16 points & Molli Shaw with 9 points. A total of 9 Lady Lions scored in the contest.

Kendra Puckett led the Lady Rangers (4-11 overall) with 12 points.

WCH will play Saturday at home against Hillsboro. Coverage of the varsity game will begin on Buckeye Country & I Heart Radio about 1:15pm.


GREENEVIEW 50, CLINTON-MASSIE 44
The contest lived up to the hype as 2 of the areas best teams battled it out Thursday night.

Greeneview leading by 7 points with under 5 minutes left in the contest held off a Lady Falcons charge as Clinton Massie cut the deficit to 46-44 with under a minute to play.

Lady Rams Jessica Lovely hit 4 free throws in the last 20 seconds to secure the win for the 15-1 Rams. Lovely led the Rams 19 points & Kristen Combs with 10 points.

Falcons who dropped to 12-3 overall was led by Kasey Uetrecht with 28 points in the contest.
