CLINTON-MASSIE 59, MIAMI TRACE 40

The Falcons held both Miami Trace scoreless in the 2nd quarter (19-0) and to the team's lowest offensive output of the season.

With the win, the Falcons stay on top of the SCOL boys standings at (3-0) and are (5-2) overall.

Leading 13-9 after the 1st quarter, Clinton-Massie went on a 16-0 run that pretty much determined the outcome as they took a 32-9 lead into the locker room at halftime.

The Panthers outscored the Falcons 31-26 in the 2nd half, but the large halftime deficit was too much for the Panthers (3-3/8-4) to overcome.

Tyler Uethrecht led three C-M players in double figures with 18 points. Trent Smart added 11 points for the Falcons.

Blake Baldwin led the Panthers with 14 points.

WASHINGTON CH 58, LONDON 51

The Blue Lions captured their 9th straight win of the season and stay in second place at (5-1) in the league after a win at London, Friday night.

Washington was up by 13 points (35-22) at the half.

In scoring, Derek Shaw led the Blue Lions with 18 points, Conner Eckles had 16 points, and Christian Johnson chipped in 13.

Kyle Fisher led London with 22 points.

EAST CLINTON 58, HILLSBORO 56

Trailing by 9 points early in the 3rd period (30-21), the Astros scored more points (24) in the 3rd quarter then they did the entire first half (21) and held on down the stretch to pick up their 3rd SCOL win of the season.

The Astros led 51-43 with under 7 minutes left in the game before the Indians made a run themselves but couldn't regain the lead.

East Clinton was led by Tyler Lewis with 21 points. Jarrod Hart had 22 for Hillsboro.

MADISON PLAINS 29, GREENFIELD MCCLAIN 25

Both teams had their lowest point output of the season, Friday night.

For McClain, it was their 5th straight loss, all coming by 5 points or less.

McClain led 6-5 after the 1st period and 15-14 at the half.

The Golden Eagles had 20 turnovers in the game and hurt themselves with a 3-of-10 shooting performance at the free throw line. McClain was only 3 of 4.

Brooke Carter led Madison Plains with 10 points. McClain was led by Brett Shannon's 9 points.
