Washington Court House’s Varsity Boys and Girls Bowling teams, and Miami Trace’s Varsity Boys and Girls Bowling teams, had the honor of hosting Hillsboro’s first bowling match of the year. This is also the first year for Hillsboro High School Bowling Teams.
The Boys Varsity match was very exciting. Washington Court House led by four pins over Hillsboro, and Hillsboro lead by twenty-nine pins over Miami Trace, after the two individual games.
Hillsboro then took the lead by 4 pins after the first baker game. Miami Trace took the lead by seven pins after the second baker game.
In the end Washington Court House won the match with a total pin fall of 2026, with Miami Trace second with a 2010 - followed by Hillsboro with a 1998.
High scores this match was rolled by Miami Trace’s Kabel Taylor with a 209, Washington Court House’s James Burt with a 198 and Robbie Mullinex of Hillsboro with a 189.
On the Varsity Girls side, Miami Trace won with a total pin fall of 1741, Hillsboro was second with a 1560, and third was Washington Court House with a 1320.
High scores were thrown by Miami Trace’s Brianna Mitchell 173, Aly Graham from Washington Court House with a 145, and Dominic Burns 142 from Hillsboro.
