Clinton Massie has claimed the SCOL Football championship, with a convincing 56-6 win at Miami Trace Saturday. Both teams were unbeaten in SCOL play heading into the game.

The Falcons were off and running on their opening drive, scoring their first touchdown just minutes into the contest, and would add three more TD's in that quarter. CM added another TD in the second period for a 35-6 halftime lead.

By this point, Clinton Massie had compiled 260 yards by half, to Miami Trace's 164 yards.

CM added three more TD's in the second half for the 56-6 final. The Falcons compiled 488 total yards, with 407 on the ground.

Miami Trace had 283 total yards, with 195 rushing. Turnovers hurt the Panthers, with four on the night.

Clinton Massie clinches a share of the SCOL title improving to (6-0/8-1) and Miami Trace drops to (5-1/5-4).
