The First Presbyterian Church of Washington C.H. will be celebrating its 200th anniversary on October 12th and 13th. An open house will be held in Persinger hall from 5-7 p.m. on Saturday evening. A special morning worship service is planned at the church on Sunday at 10:15 a.m. The location of the luncheon after the worship service has been changed to accommodate more people. The buffet lunch has been moved to the Mahan Building on the Fairgrounds at 12:30 p.m. on October 13th.
Former ministers of the church will be present and speak to congregation. A special video is being filmed to show after the dinner.
Everyone is welcome to attend both services on this special day as we begin the next 100 years of service to God and this community.
Reservations for the luncheon are $12.50 for adults and $6.25 for children age 4-10. Children under 3 years are free. Prepaid reservations need to be made at the church office or mailed to Becky Thompson, 645 Kimberly Drive, Washington C.H., Ohio
