Greenfield Man Arrested After Making Threats

Washington Court House Police arrested a Greenfield man early Saturday after a complaint that he was making threats against his ex-girlfriend.

43-year-old Robert Fleming was charged with Domestic Violence by Threats, Criminal Trespass, Telecommunication Harrassment and Violating a Health Department Order- related to the state's Stay-At-Home order due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

WCH Police were called to Signature Healthcare at 5:55am on April 11th, where the alleged victim says her ex-boyfriend was in the parking lot making threats towards her.

Police made contact with Fleming in the parking lot, then spoke to the complainant, inside the building. She claims that Fleming was making threats to her through text messages and was demanding she leave with him.

Fleming was arrested and charged.
