Washington CH Police report at about 8pm Friday, an officer observed a man riding a bicycle on railroad tracks. Upon contact, the man was identified as Justin Cox, who had a warrant for his arrest.
Cox began to resist arrest but was secured after short struggle. Drug paraphernalia was found on him when he was searched.
He was charged with trespassing, resisting arrest, drug paraphernalia, and drug abuse instruments.
