The Washington CH Police report that officers reported to Hot Shot Auto Sales at 321 Elm Street about noon Saturday, in reference to a fight and gunshot.
They learned that 37-year-old William Hupp of Leesburg had arrived at the business and began an argument with the busines owner that turned physical.
Hupp brandished a firearm and pointed it at the owner, who was able to grab it and point it away before it discharged.
Hupp was arrested and charged with felonious assault, discharging a firearm near a school, and violating a protection order.

The Washington CH police also report that after receiving several calls about a man acting erratic, entering properties, and an active fight, officers arrested 38-year-old Christopher Sharp 6:21pm Sunday for inducing panic and criminal trespass.
