Put The Phone Down: Smartphones Are Ruining Your Career

According to a new study, picking up your phone while doing something mentally challenging hurts your brain’s ability to recharge -- and decreases your performance.

Generation No-Relaxation? A new survey has revealed that Millennials only relax for about seven hours a week. Why? Because they spend so much time on their phones. The survey found that 18- to 34-year-olds get less than an hour to themselves every day. 60% of those surveyed said they “never” truly relax because they’re always checking their phones. 10% admitted they can't go longer than 10 minutes without checking their phones.
