At 854 AM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles southeast of South Charleston to near Georgetown, moving northeast at 70 mph. STORM HAZARDS INCLUDE... Winds to 50 mph... Very heavy rain... Locations impacted include...
