The Highland County Retired Teachers' Association will hold its regular quarterly meeting on Monday, August 6. The meeting will be held at the Ponderosa Banquet Center in Hillsboro and the meal begins at noon. Guest speakers will be Jana Holbrook and Dave Stratton and they will present the history and an update of the Highland County Fair. All retired educators and guests are invited to attend.
