By 2030, 800 Million People Might Be Out Of The Job

A new report from the McKinsey Global Institute says that 800 million workers might be out of a job by 2030 because of automation.

If the brainiacs behind the report are right, that means one-third of all workers in America will be unemployed.

Not only will they have to find new jobs, but half of them might have to find totally new occupations, as entire careers will either disappear or need fewer human workers.

You don’t have to like it, but it sure does look like the robots will be taking over -- sooner, rather than later. (MarketWatch)
