Constance E. “Connie” DeLong, 69 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Thursday November 30, 2017 at the Valley View Alzheimer’s Care Center.She was born in Birchton, WV on May 2, 1948, the daughter of the late Dewey and Margaret (Aliff) Chapman.Connie is survived by her significant other, Billy Williamson of Hillsboro, brother, William “Bill” Chapman of New Port Richey, FL, two uncles and four nephews. On behalf of Connie’s wishes, she is to be cremated.Thompson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
