The public is invited to enjoy a motorcycle ride through scenic Highland County, along with a meal and fellowship on Sunday, June 25th. The Leesburg United Methodist Church (LUMC) will provide coffee and donuts outside the church beginning at 9:45 a.m. The church is located at the intersection of Route 28 and Church St. in Leesburg. At 10:30 a.m., the LUMC will offer a brief outdoor church service, followed by a picnic lunch for all participants. Riders will then depart to travel southern Highland County, returning at about 4:00 p.m.
This is a benefit ride, with all free-will donations used to support foster children and their providers through the Highland County Job & Family Services. Show your support and demonstrate God's love through this 16th annual "Ride for Christ".
