A Wilmington woman died following a single-vehicle accident in Clinton County, last night. Officials with the Highway Patrol said Teresa Krodel, 39, was driving an SUV along Sabina Road just before midnight when she went off road, over-corrected, traveled off-road again, striking a ditch and overturning the vehicle.
Authorities said Krodel was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the SUV.
She was taken to the Jamestown Medical Center where she was pronounced dead, officials with the Highway Patrol said.
According to officials with the Wilmington Post of the Highway Patrol, drug use is suspected.
