Second-half property taxes will soon be mailed out in Highland County. Treasurer Vickie Warnock said residents should get their bills at the end of June with the taxes due July 28th.
"Your first-half taxes and second-half taxes are usually the same amount."
Warnock urges you to contact her office if you have concerns about your ability to pay.
"If you are possibly delinquent on your taxes, before it gets too far out of hand, if you would contact us, we are more than willing to sit down with you and make up a contract where you can make monthly payments on this."
