Kenneth “Kenny” Montgomery, 70 years of Latham, OH., passed away Sunday, May 28, 2017 at Hospice of Hope in Maysville, KY.
Kenny was born in Pike County, OH. on January 11, 1947, the son of the late Roman and Lola (Mann) Montgomery. Beside his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Mary Carolyn (Hammond) Montgomery on December 14, 2016; one daughter Marilyn and twin sisters Modella and Estella Montgomery.
Kenny is survived by son and daughter-in-law Darrin and LaDonna Montgomery of Latham; daughter and son-in-law Sherry and John Williamson of Peebles; seven grandchildren Ryan Williamson, Brittani Williamson, Chasta Montgomery, Kaine Leeth, Luke Ford, Tyler Montgomery and Matthew Hilterbran; three great grandchildren Joelan Williamson, Weston Leeth and Silas Parks; three brothers Harold Montgomery of Cynthiana, Tom (Pauline) Montgomery of Bainbridge and Rick Montgomery of Locust Grove; two sisters Joyce (Joe) Ferneau of Chillicothe and Jeanie (Roger) Neff of Hamilton; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 3, 2017 at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home in Sinking Spring. Burial will follow in the Gardner Cemetery. Friends may call Saturday from 12:00 P.M. (noon) until 2:00 P.M. at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home.
