Miami Trace Panther quarterback Jimmy Stroker has signed a National Letter of Intent to play football at the University of Toledo.
Stroker wrapped up his high school football playing career leading the Panthers his senior season to the OHSAA Division 4 playoffs, the school’s first playoff appearance since 2005.
He scored 8 rushing touchdowns and threw for over 650 yards and 8 TDs this past season in which Panthers went 7-4 losing in the first round to Division 4 state champion Clinton Massie.
As both a junior and senior, Stroker received 1st Team All District honors and Special Mention All-Ohio. Stroker will participate on the Panthers track team this spring.
