The Falcons are coming off their 36th straight SCOL win last Friday night after a 70-0 win at Washington Court House. The Falcons were led by Chayse Wolf 3 TDs as his brother Bayle after playing just a few moments early was taken out of the game to prepare for this Friday's contest. Massie gave future opponents a little something more to think about as quarterback Hunter Fentress threw for 160 yards in the contest.
Miami Trace despite winning last Friday over Greenfield McClain slipped to 7th place in the computer rankings this week. Panthers got 117 yards passing in last win over the Tigers from Jimmy Stroker who also pass for a TD & ran for another. Trevor Haines again led the team with 2 TD runs.
Last year Clinton Massie won a Saturday night game at Panther Stadium 56-6. The last time that the Panthers defeated the Falcons was in 2005 by a 37-23 score, the Falcons first year in the new SCOL.

The Blue Lions were held to 95 yards unofficially in total offense last week in their loss to Clinton-Massie. Tye Smith went over the 1000 yard mark unofficially but was held to 45 yards rushing.
Hillsboro had the ball longer & ran off 22 more plays yet loss at Chillicothe last Friday 49-0. The Indians had only 120 yards in total offense against the Cavs.
Last year Washington scored on three of their first four possessions in a 35-0 win over Hillsboro. Since the SCOL reformed & began play again in 2003 Washington has won 8 of the 10 meetings with Hillsboro last win coming in 2005 the last time that the Indians went to the playoffs.
EAST CLINTON (3-5/2-2) AT CHILLICOTHE (7-1/4-1)
The Cavaliers will play their last SCOL game of their first season in the league Friday night as they play a non league contest in week 10. Cavs are coming off a big shutout win over Hillsboro last week that saw Markel Cain scored three times & had 140 yards rushing.
East Clinton led at halftime by a 15-9 score over Meadowdale after a Dalton Floyd TD pass & a rushing score.After that Meadowdale came back in the 2nd half & outscored the Astros 14-0 & claimed a 20-15 win.
This is the first ever meeting between the 2 schools.
GREENFIELD MCCLAIN (3-5/0-5) AT JACKSON (4-4)
McClain have lost their last 5 games after starting off a promising season at 3-0. McClain lost 42-6 last week against Miami Trace without the services of starting quarterback Thomas Schrader who was injured earlier in the week. His status for the game Friday night is still unknown. Dillon Hunick had the only McClain score in the contest.
Jackson is coming off a last second win last Friday at Portsmouth by a 26-19 score. The team led by a 19-7 score early in the second half only to see Portsmouth tie it up with under 5 minutes left. The Ironmen then march down the field & scored with seconds left after a 1 yard TD run by Gabe Griffiths. The team also has an outstanding quarterback in Hunter Sexton.
Jackson losses have come to Athens, Wheelersburg & West Jefferson whose combined record is 23-1 & then 2 weeks ago lost at Logan on a TD with under 20 seconds left in the game.
